Siamak Haschemi is an IT Freelancer, a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Berlin, and PhD student at the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin. He receives his diploma degree with honors from the University of Applied Sciences Berlin in 2006. Siamak worked at Capgemini sd&m, TeleClix, digicast and Diaz Hilterscheid Unternehmensberatung. His interests range from Software Quality Assurance, Component Based and Model-Driven Development, to Agile and Lean Project Management.
After his diploma degree, Siamak worked for about two years as an professional software developer and consultant. He has experiences in the application fields of logistics, shipping, and telecommunication. Siamak started his PhD work in February 2008 in the research training group (Graduiertenkolleg) METRIK with a solarship from the german research foundation (DFG). His thesis subject is "Model-based Testing of Dynamic Component Systems". From September 2011 on, he has two courses, "Software-Projekt I" and "Fortgeschrittene Programmier- und Architekturkonzepte", at the University of Applied Sciences Berlin.
